Recipe: Easy 4-minute Nasi Lemak

I had been doing this for a few times now. It is an easy, quick fix for college students. So, I guess that I should share it with you guys!

You need:

Instant rice (available at your local varsity munchy mart)

Coconut Milk

Salt

For 1 serving:

1. Add 1 cup of instant rice into a microwavable container/bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of water.
3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut milk.
4. Add 1/3 tablespoon of salt.
5. Stir a bit.
6. Cover your bowl and popped it into the microwave for 3:30 min.
7. Leave for 30 seconds in the microwave. ANDDD its ready to serve straight from the bowl!

For simplicity, you can make a sunny side up (I like them over well) and fry some anchovies to eat along with the nasi lemak. For a bigger feast, fry some chicken marinated with tumeric and salt and also make the sambal.

Easy right?
