For 2014, sy berazam utk mengamalkan pemakanan yg lebih sihat. dan bersenam. lol.
I am by no means, fat, nor am I skinny. I would describe my size as, sihat. hahah
But I have reach that point in life where I have my own income to buy food, any food that I want.
And I also realized that I am not the type of girl yg "oh sy makan byk je tapi tak naik2 badan ni" (like a certain someone(s)..yg nama diorg aliya. and dillot).
And sume pompuan hot workout and eat healthy. so kalo nak jadi hot kene la buat benda sama. haha
There are a lot of things that are related to your diet like your energy and skin. Makan junks kulit pon tak cantik. Makan masak lemak hari2 mesti la pegi keje pon lesu je. So a healthy diet is very important!
So far I have stopped my daily doses of roti canai for breakfast (sorry ane bankrupt kdai mamak kau) and substituting it with oats. no added sugar op koz. I used almond milk for that extra flavor and bananas (or dried fruits) for sweetness. makan roti canai ke makan oats ke ak still lapa before lunch time. so baik makan benda sihat je dlu.
As for workout, yoga on Sundays for 7 months now. I am also picking up skipping ropes which is surprisingly very tiring. Starting from today, I vow to do at least 20 reps of anything everyday (squats/ crunches/ skipping/ any particular yoga poses).
