First of all, Congratulations!
I don't know them well, so don't know whether dah habis blaja ke apa. I just want to write about what I think of marrying early.
Marriage is not a simple thing. It is serious, and full with responsibilities. Yes, memang marriage ni menghalalkan yg haram, elak maksiat. but marriage is also about bina masjid, bina family. to build these structures, we need money. we need a stable income. we want to be financially secured. we don't want to run to our parents for money. we need to be independent. FULLY independent. Do you really want to stay with your family after you get married? I don't.
I admit, I am envious of those yg bertunang and all. It means that they have a very committed relationship. that their relationship is guaranteed. but I also know that there's so much more to it. It's like opening a business, modal kena banyak. kalo modal sikit, business kecik. modal banyak, business besar, hidup senang, perut kenyang.
For me, I plan to work for a few years first before kahwin. I want to have my own income. I want my own financial to be secured. I don't want to depend on my future husband too much. I want to contribute to my marriage too, not just by cooking and cleaning, but by helping to pay the bills and such.
At the end of the day, we don't want to regret our decisions. So, just think about it thoroughly. If you think you are ready, go for it. But this was just my two cents on it :)
