super HOT girlfriend

i am currently in the mood to flatten and tone my tummy so that i can be the super HOT gf. i did some research on the net and here is the thing. sit ups DO NOT help! they work our HIP FLEXORS (wtver that is) instead of toning our stomach. CRUNCHES is the perfect exercise. and here are some other tips that i got:

  1. Walk/jog for 30 min to burn fat(yela before dpt six packs, lemak menggelebeh kat tummy tu kne la buang dulu).
  2. Eat almonds every morning. to burn fat jugak.
  3. Buy a PILATES dvd and do it 2-3 times a week.
  4. Intakes of white bread, pasta, potato and white rice must be LIMITED. (aaaaaaa ni susah k). basically we have to switch to healthier options like brown rice and whole grain bread (even tho x sedap).
  5. drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.
  6. STOP EATING 3hours before your bedtime.
