khas utk FADIA!!


ok dya, innershine n wholemeal cereal tu ialah satu usaha yg bagus!! ni ade lg tips. hope i'll be able to help u!!

  1. no more fizzy drinks*coke, pepsi, sprite etc*. tauuuuu!! (lagi2 coke sb die y*h*di. haha)
  2. fruit juice is good. but the best kalo buat sendiri. cthnye, blender je 1 bijik oren beso + 1 apple beso *apple jadikan juice tu manis. so no need to add any sugar*.
  3. apple cider *organic* is very good to losing weight. 1tsp of apple cider + 1 tsp of honey + 2 tbsp air kosong. bau die kuat skit tp lame2 nnt biase la. minum before makan.
  4. avoid fried food(esp deep-fried). ayam leh roast or buat sup. ikan leh grill or masak singgang.
  5. use olive oil for cooking.
  6. avoid fast food!!!!! lebih baik ko gi mkn nasik kat kedai mamak dari KFC or McD.
  7. u can eat chocs n stuff, but skit je la. OR lpas makan tu kne workout gile2 to get rid of the extra calories!!
  8. i THINK cheese tu leh mkn tp jgn byk2 pulak. same goes to milk. 1 small glass per day is enuf already.
setahu aku ko x mkn nasik slalu kan? so that wont be a prob la. yg masalah x mkn veggies tu, take supplements or vitamins kot.

oh n 1 more thing, if u want to buy packed foods like yogurt or mayonis or biscuits or pasta sauce etc, compare the calories dgn other brands k? tgk kat total energy, total fats n carb amount. amik yg the lowest la.

this is just the diet plans la. for workout, the best is jogging/running. naik treadmill for 30min a day pon ok. by jogging ni kire cam ur whole body can be leaner la. if u want muscles baru buat excercise like crunches, dumbell2 sume tu.

p/s kalo rase malas nak excercise, watch The Biggest Loser on hallmark every weekdays at 7pm. ko akan rase gerun utk jadi gemuk.

to dya: walopon kaki x panjang, still leh jadi hot babes!! aku pon tgh berusaha. hopefulli by the time we c each other again, both dah jadi hot gile2. huhu
