Loves: Jo Malone's English Pear

Okay, since lama jugak x post anything, I've decided to write about my new favorite scent: the Jo Malone English Pear cologne.

Smells soo nicee and sweet but not too fruity, not too floral. Reviews ada kata yg certain people, this cologne bau more like roses. On me, smells more like pears? I don't know but the scent makes me feel prettier. hahaha maybe sebab Bella once told me that, "weh ko bau Sephora" when I was wearing this. No, it does not smell like a Sephora store (bukan macam A&F kedai die ade bau sendiri) but I think Bella meant that I smelled like a beauty store = feeling pretty. hahah

Another interesting fact about Jo Malone colognes are they can be combined with each other. They are meant to. Like one of everyone's favorite is the English Pear layered with the Nectarine Blossom & Honey (which it alone smells like watermelons). Combination die light, airy, and subtly sweet. Kalo nak ade kick sikit boleh layered ngan yg bau kuat skit or manly skit (ie, Black Vetyver Cafe, or Lime Basil). Soooooo haaa nnt dh kawin beli satu utk kite, satu utk laki. pastu kan senang save tu combine je ngan suami punye. hahaha ke depan nye ak pk. Nanti die akan bagi satu pamphlet of suggested layering combinations. But we're open to experiment on our own.

Retailing at $60 for 1oz, I feel like agak mahal. maybe sebab I rarely buy perfumes so not really sure how their pricing works. tapi memang tak la nk beli 2 colognes to be layered together sekali kan. mayb one scent boleh beli in their soap form ($15) or in shower gel form ($50). but for now, I got tons of samples of the other scents so boleh experiment sdiri. tp slalu rushing pon nk g kelas x sempat nk experiment pape -.-

I've googled and gayanya mcm not sold in Malaysia. Singapore ada la. So, I do hope that by the time I graduate, Jo Malone dh enter Msia. senang nak pau mak hehe
