So tonight, for meal plan I took the Naked Green Machine (which I used to drink masa freshie) and a banana. Ohhhh rasa sihatnye. In one bottle: 2.75 apples, 1300mg spirulina, 100mg broccoli, 100mg spinach, and lots moree. Xslalu makan veggies pon so bagus la minum air ni. sdap pulak tu. Oh and there's no sugar added :D
So in this post, I want to plan out my Kempen Hidup Sihat regime.
