I wished they carried more brands, even the brands yg mmg dah ade kat Msia (Laura Mercier, Smashbox, Bobbi Brown etc). Sephora can be like Parkson cosmetic section in a small place (with new brands like Urban Decay, Too Faced, Bare Minerals, etc)
Dahla Urban Decay *Naked* palette takde, Too Faced *Natural* eye palette pon tade (Ok dimaafkan sb mmg these products are highly demanded!). Org2 sephora pon tak patot be stationed to a certain brand only, patut korang pusing satu kedai, assist mana yg patut la.
In fact, kalo tgk the layout and arrangement, it was as if this Sephora mainly sells bath and body products because the center of the store is packed with these kind of stuff. The makeups are all positioned kat depan pintu and tepi2. Like this:
biru (dot2) - makeups
red (slash2) - bath & body
yellow (slash2 the other way) - perfumes
$ - cashier
Let me ask u this, if u go into a store, would u stay betul kat area dpan pintu? NO. people will tend to move to the CENTER! So, your main products should actually dominate the center area while the others can move to the back or sides.
And, BeautyInsider card is not accepted! (me want points!)
Okay, maybe Sephora Msia doesn't want to be a makeup store that also have bath & body stuff. Maybe they want to be a bath & body store carrying makeup products (ala2 Body Shop).
But yeah go ahead and check it out. boleh la pick up some Urban Decay finishing spray or their other eye palettes, or Bare Minerals awesome starter pack, or Too Faced Naked eye palette).
