I think a perfect girl would be someone who is really pretty and likable. If you're ugly no one likes you. If you're pretty not everyone likes you. This one girl from my high school is so pretty that every guy wants to be her boyfriend and every girl wants to be her best friend. Her charm still works today.
It's hard to be likable. I think it's a natural thing. One must be born with it, you can't just change yourself to be likable.
Btw, I googled pretty, and a picture of Miley Cyrus were displayed. WTH she is not pretty.

pretty = nice. A nice girl who have the looks.
hot = dark hair, sexy eyes, and 'bad'. I mean bad as in naughty2 girl *wink2*. Not bad as in being hot is a bad thing.

Mila Kunis is cute+pretty+hotttt. ok maybe cute+hot je. I saw her being in a bad mood and tarik muncung kat red carpet Grammy's. Awww. I love her even more after watching 8 seasons of That 70's Show. Jackie and Hyde is a cute couple. I even named my bike shop in Cityville after them. haha.
