well basically the author condemned Islam for this. just because the Dad is a Muslim, she said Islam teaches us to kill or beat our daughters if we don't like their boyfriends.
Lets see all the murders and crimes committed in the states, if the criminals are Christians, Jews etc., does that mean that these religions condone their criminal behaviors? I don't think so.
I think that the Islamophobics are just looking for reasons to hate Islam. chill la wei.
p/s okay this is my personal view on this matter. I'm just writing out what I felt after reading the article.
I'm just saying that it's not fair to relate religion to crimes. unless stated otherwise by the offenders (ie. they said they did what they did because their religion told them to).
